What is a stretch ceiling?
It is a ceiling finishing solution using technical profiles and a dedicated membrane to create a smooth, clean and modern surface.
How much does a stretch ceiling cost?
The base price is 45€/m² excluding VAT. This price includes material and labour, but does not include VAT. The final price depends on measurements, finish, lighting, travel and installation complexity.
Is there a minimum price per ceiling?
Yes. Installation has a minimum price of 250€ excluding VAT per ceiling, even if the area is small. For example, a 1m² or 2m² ceiling also starts from the minimum price of 250€ excluding VAT, because preparation, travel, material and installation are involved.
How does pricing work up to 6m²?
Up to around 6m²the minimum price normally applies: 250€ excluding VAT. Above 6m², the price is calculated per square metre.
Does the price include material and labour?
Yes. The base price of 45€/m² excluding VAT already includes material and labour. Special work, extra lighting, travel or more complex solutions may change the final price.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown on the site are excluding VAT. VAT is applied according to current law in the final quote.
Is lighting included?
The base price may include up to 2 light spots in the ceiling. Additional lighting, light lines, indirect lighting or more complex solutions should be assessed in the quote.
Are photo printing and special effects included?
No. Photo printing, custom drawings, special effects and decorative solutions are charged separately and assessed case by case.
What is the approximate timeframe?
From measuring and quote preparation to installation, the process usually takes around 7 working days, depending on material, schedule, location and project complexity.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit of 50% is normally required to proceed with the work, prepare material and reserve the installation.
What is the warranty?
Installation has a warranty of 3 years and the material has a warranty of 15 years, subject to proper use and maintenance conditions.
Is there a discount for returning clients?
Yes. On a future new order, the client may receive a 10% discount as a returning client. This discount does not depend on the number of ceilings in the same order; for example, if the client orders two ceilings on the same day, that counts as one single order.
Is there an offer for larger projects?
Yes. For projects over 50m², a cleaning product for the stretch ceiling membrane is offered.
What areas are covered?
The main service area is Lisbon and surrounding areas, but work in other areas of Portugal may also be possible after assessing the project, travel and conditions.
In which rooms can it be used?
It can be used in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, shops, offices and other indoor spaces.
Can it be used in bathrooms and kitchens?
Yes. It is very suitable for humid areas and everyday spaces, with easy cleaning and a stable finish.
Does installation create a lot of mess?
It is normally a clean and fast installation compared with traditional solutions. The exact time depends on room size and required preparation.
What finishes are available?
Matte, satin and glossy finishes are available, as well as colours and custom options with images or drawings, depending on the chosen solution.
